        Doesn't do what it says on the box

        I used this product many years ago and I had an allergic reaction causing extreme soreness and rash. I thought that they had probably changed the formulation by now as I am sure that a number of other people had had the same problems in the intervening period. I couldn't have been more wrong as I again had a severe reaction , and far from cooling the area and reducing the itching, my skin felt it was on fire and became very red and sore, not to mention the itching which was far worse. In conclusion, it is obviously OK for many people otherwise they would have stopped producing it years ago, but I would never use it again and certainly couldn't recommend it.
