The book was crushed on spine side so hard it bent the book. The seller had shipped the book in plastic and wrapped in at least one inch of bubble-wrap in another package. I sent a message to the seller explaining book versus machine, "Book Lost" , not his fault. I wrote this one off. Seller stepped up and issued a refund. A Top Tier seller and I thank him. Communication, speed, protection and service was excellent.
