    Weeding the garden will never be the same!

    Just love this book. It’s not cheap but worth the cost, giving good, solid information in an accessible style. So many interesting facts and gloriously illustrated throughout. I felt nervous about eating what we think of as weeds but this book has given me a new perspective. Weeds are just plants we have put into a category as ‘undesirable in the garden’ which is purely an aesthetic consideration. This book has shown that we really have relegated some good plants to the bin purely on looks and not given them the consideration as food that they should get. Time for a rethink! I’m convinced by this concept now and reading this book has really pointed me in the right direction. A whole world of free, nutritious food is just sitting out there waiting for me to pick fresh and eat. Quite a ...
