The guy that delivered it was excellent, helping me to take it up the stairs - we were a great team! The communication with the seller however was lacklustre and ultimately frustrating - I asked for a specific day for delivery and was given an 'Okay, maybe'. It was only when the driver called me that I was able to get a real response and that was only 'Thursday, maybe Friday'. I could only do Thursday so the driver made sure to get over to me then, thanks!
