We bought four in total, had a problem with one and the seller resolved the issue quickly. They look good either side of our cabinets and do the job. CDs with outer boxes can be a tight fit, to the point where a few of ours wouldn't fit stood up. It's also difficult to get a cd out of you completely fill a shelf, so you may want to leave each shelf with a gap (one or two CDs short).
