I wanted to message the seller as I was waiting for the card and heard nothing when I accidentally opened a case. The message I then received from this seller was quite abrupt and a bit rude if I’m honest. I was taken aback as I only just realized I had made a mistake at that point. When the item was posted, the tracking should be uploaded straight away on eBay. It was only three days after posting and I pointed out that Royal Mail 2nd class postage takes 3-5 working days. I also wished you a merry Christmas in my message. Please be advised that buyers only get 'tracking' if they pay for it.
