    Excellent product from Sony.

    I bought the CDX-601 to replace an earlier model that had stopped working after 10 years probably because the car was off the road for three years. It connected into the existing set up with no problems and works perfectly with the Sony head unit that was installed 21 years ago by the Mercedes dealer when I bought the S280.
