In general I am happy with the purchase as the item was as described and it was posted quickly. The only issue I had was with the packaging which was not robust enough for the trip from the UK to Australia. The brochure was sent in a simple padded bag. As a result the item, a sales brochure, had been bent in transit. It really need to be protected internally by some cardboard and the packaging could have been marked 'do not bend'.
