Not cut straight or with care. Paid $92 for shipping and it shows up in a damaged box with plastic wrap on it. A very thin layer of plastic wrap.Reply from: iva33456- Feedback replied to by seller iva33456.- Feedback replied to by seller iva33456.Dear friend, sorry about that. the total weight is 5kgs, maybe product is too heavy and it is hard metal so box damaged. i believe package is not treated very well like us.we always put box softly and lightly,but carrier not. about cutting, without leave message ,we always use labor cutting,it comes with rough edge. so most buyers will tell us want clean edge. but you don't chat with us and order directly. paid 92 dollars we ship by UPS and you received them within a week.but we will notice.
