Works well, and arrived in secure, well-presented packaging. Lots of space on the mounting to get it just right. Our previous bidet was fiddly, but not this one. Installation on a standard toilet cistern inlet should be a breeze, the seller thoughtfully supplies plumbing tape. Our non-standard high-cistern bathroom needed an adapter, easily found at a plumbers merchant. The clicks on the tap are a nice touch.

(Can't vouch for non-standard plumbing, but then you know that already.) The hand-sprayer is shiny plastic, which actually is a good choice of material, because it's lighter. Our first sprayer was leaky, but the seller exchanged it quickly and with a friendly efficiency that made me feel like the most valued customer *ever!* Hose solid. Packaging secure, well presented.
