The light brass color you mentioned is because the brushed gold is light brass color. We didn't reply to you in a timely manner, it was because you sent the message during our New Year holiday, so we didn't reply in a timely manner. Later, we processed a full refund for you and didn't ask you to return the goods. Therefore, the fact that you spent more money to return the goods doesn't exist.

After a week or so black marks appeared on the product (a shower gel holder) and the seller promptly refunded the whole price.
