I had lots of problems trying to get them to work even with the help of the seller contacting me to help sort it out. After I used an extension wifi at 2.4ghz as my main wifi is 5ghz & I couldn’t find a way to turn off the 5ghz signal, now all of the usb wifi boxes I bought work like a dream, asking Alexa to turn them off & on is easy after individual names given to each one.
