Good communication though when the seller obviously didn't receive his multi pack to split and sell so it wasn't dispatched for a few days and they told me it was delayed and sent it with a quicker shipping method. The seller waited 2 weeks after I'd bought and paid for the item before the item was dispatched. 2 weeks later the packet of (over priced but much needed) Sugru still hadn't arrived so I cancelled the purchase. No refund was forthcoming so eBay intervened. Now 6 weeks since I placed the initial order, and 4 weeks since I was told the item had been dispatched. and still nothing has arrived!
