    Life saver

    I find this spray really helpful at getting me off to sleep, and the ingredients are all natural. If I do wake up in the night, I often apply one or two more sprays and then I get off to sleep again. Can definitely recommend. Its better to start off with 4 or 5 sprays to see how you get on, and you can increase the number of sprays if necessary.

    restless legs

    I have been using this product for restless legs for some years now. It doesnt cure but gives great relief. Just one problem. Why was it necessary to change the top. Now my 84 year old hands find it difficult to press the spray.

    Magnesium Oil Goodnight Spray

    I bought this to use on my horse who can be very anxious when ridden. I rubbed it around his ears on on his nose, he liked the smell and taste and I think it helped a bit although horses can override pretty much anything if given the right situation. I also used it on myself and I certainly felt that it did relax me, it is not expensive so worth a try.

    Excellent product

    I absolutely love this oil. I found it a bit greasy to start with, but got used to it after a few days. Every time my wife and I use this, we have a nice deep sleep. It's also great for muscle aches as I hurt my back and after rubbing this in, I felt immensely better the next morning. Highly recommended!
