2.1.1 Federkennlinien Die wichtigste Aufgabe bei der Federberechnung besteht darin, die Kennlinie der Feder zu ermitteln. Man versteht darunter die Beziehung zwischen der auf- gebrachten Kraft P und der unter ihrer Einwirkung entstehenden Formanderung. Das Stuck, um das sich der Kraftangriffspunkt verschiebt, heisst Federweg, Federung oder Auslenkung und wird mit f bezeichnet. (Bei Drehung nennt man es Drehwinkel, Abb. 14. Grundsatzlicher Verlauf von Federkennlinien. a) linear (Al - Arbelt8vermOgen); b) nach oben gekrllmmt, progressiv; c) nach unten gekrummt, degressiv. bei Verdrehung Verdrehwinkel.) Zeichnet man P in Abhangigkeit von I auf, so erhalt man die Federkennlinie. Sie ist bei Stahlfedern meistens eine Gerade (Abb.14a) oder nahezu eine Gerade, kann aber auch gekrummt sein. Die Gleichung der Feder- kennlinie lautet allgemein P = F(/). Bei Gummifedern ist die Kennlinie fast immer gekrummt, und zwar entweder nach oben (progressiv, Abb.14b) oder nach unten (degressiv, Abb.14c). Bei kleinen Verformungen ist sie angenahert eine Gerade.
