      My only "complaint" would be that the ball was not kept in the original plastic wrap (assuming that there was a "protective plastic wrap" around this basketball just like the other differenr color Hennessy Basketballs I've purchased), but the ball was still in very good/new condition & was placed in a clear plastic bag which kept it in mint condition. Shipping did not take long, either... very good experience.
