      This "new but opened" Epson PP-100III Disc Producer printer was an excellent purchase for us. It's a heavy machine but it was packed very well for shipping and it arrived in perfect shape. We did have one small issue: it was listed as "comes with all the necessary accessories" but it turned out that a cable and several ink cartridges were missing, probably lost in the shuffle of repackaging.       Set up issue - wouldn't work with USB cable - however works perfectly with wireless connection

      I initially did everything: downloaded the Brother complete utilities package, installed, kept getting either of two error messages: either "printer error" or USB not recognized. If this happens to you - don't give up on this printer. You simply need to go to MENU, then follow the steps for connecting wirelessly to your network. You need to know your precise network name and password (case sensitive). Having done this, I am now very happy with this printer. I can print from my desktop, and, via my network, from my laptop and from my smartphone. Brother tech support was excellent.

      This printer is a replacement after wearing my first one out over years. All the Brother's models like this printer that I have used have been good. I have used them for home, school and work at different locations. Reliable, quick and easy to take care of if you read you manual.
