    Facts: I received wrong item. I contacted supplier for a resolution. I sent proofs that I paid for a higher value. Supplier wants me to pay for return postage. I opted EBay’s guidance for returns. I wasted time and money getting to the post office, repackaging the item and only to be partially refunded because of missing Allen key (£3.40!) that I forgot to put in the package. Not a good seller!

    Good easy to use Brasso product.

    Have always used Brasso Wadding ever since I was a child and now I am a pensioner. Easy to use especially on large objects, you only have to use one cloth for buffing it up instead of two. The cleaning of the item also stays clean for longer. You can put is on the end of a toothbrush to enable you to clean in the cracks and difficult areas. Very pleased Thank You.

    Cleans to shiny and new

    This wadding is great for cleaning silver. Even if your item to be cleaned is black with dirt the wadding makes it look shiny and new again. It's the best metal polish I have ever used. Fully recommend.
