Contracted controller kings and they replied instantly. Great product and customer service. Waiting on a 2nd reply regarding Black Ops 6, hopefully they’ll get back to me soon,Follow-up from: n***0- Feedback followed up on by buyer.- Feedback followed up on by buyer.After using the product for a couple of months and getting a full understanding of how it works I would not buy the product again, the 2 most important things in a in game controller like Call of Duty are Aim Assist and Recoil control, there is no added Aim Assist like the Cronus Zen and the supposed Recoil control is a Trade off with Time to Kill speed, it basically reduces the firing rate of a gun so you lose precious milliseconds in gun fights unlike the Cronus Zen which has no compromise
