    Brilliant dvd to lose weight and have fun

    Really good dvd, well worth the money. You have an eating plan you can follow an extra abs workout and the main content. Well worth the price and easy fun exercises that anyone could do! Along with having a beginners version as well Would highly recommend

    I think this dvd would be good for people that have a little stamina to begin with, or used to exercising. But for a beginner that hasn't done any aerobic exercise in a long time, I found this too fast paced unfortunately. Even the warm up is fast. I can see that people would lose weight on this if you did it 4 times a week as suggested. I prefer something less fast paced to begin with, and then build. This dvd is not for me, but I can see it being helpful to others, and Charlotte is engaging.

    Fantastic workout

    Im not a big fan of going to the gym but really want to get in shape and boost my weight loss. Bought this dvd and its great works all parts of your body and you actually feel it working as you go. As each section is only 3 mins long it keeps you going and determind to finish each section. I definately recommend to everyone wanting to Boost their fitness and weightloss especially if you feel you have hit a bit of a wall and you are struggling to lose thoes extra pounds.
