As a result the rug is all kinked along the whole length. I've actually rolled the rug now and hopefully after a few hours it will lie flat. Not remotely impressed because it means it can be put in place straight away. What a ridiculous way to pack a rug!! The seller sent it really quickly but needs to look at how it's sent/packed. Not happy (but hopefully it will rectify itself). DISAPPOINTED!
