Only wanted one charm for a birthday present disappointed. A very nasty manReply from: stemat-2189- Feedback replied to by seller stemat-2189.- Feedback replied to by seller stemat-2189.Shocking, posted the item out to the buyer & she "claimed" item not received, so I sent out a replacement but she again claimed item not received, at that point I just refunded to be done with her but then today tracking shows at least one of them was delivered, the excuse she comes up with now is that the package is "empty" so that's 2 charms and a refund you have had, the negative feedback is just the icing on the cake! I'm Disgusted beyond belief. Reported & blocked
