The LED's are very bright and there's a lot of them so they illuminate the surrounding area nicely. You can adjust the branches into various positions. There's quality there that I wasn't expecting for the price. Really cute trees that look great. Love them so much I've ordered another one for the hall. Only downside is the flex isn't very long so you may need to use an extension lead
