The seller sent the item 48hr tracked Royal Mail, which afaik insures up to £150. The seller could have made a claim to Royal Mail and refunded me the maximum possible. The seller has lost £6.90 p&p, and time spent. I have lost a valuable item (£300 on Ebay when working).
