    • 'It does what it says on the tin' a really excellent book if you want help improving your diet.

      Concise, clear facts on why we should all be adding more fruit and vegetable to our diets. It isn't a diet book rather a way to eat more healthily and in turn you may lose a bit of excess flab. Very good, uncomplicated recipes with attractive colour photos of the food. Lots of tips to help you sneak in a few more vegetables which has to be helpful if you have some fussy eaters to feed. One of the few cookery books I've purchased that I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
