I contacted them, supplied details & pictures and they sent me two more of the same wrong items. Contacted again & the customer service folks did not read the earlier contact chain & asked me to start all over again with more pictures and measurements. After 3 weeks of this I gave up and cut the two wrong size pieces to make up the needed size! Poor customer service & shipping dept!
