First set got lost in transit and these were my replacements. A whole wedding order done in less than a couple weeks I can't believe it. And done twice as well. Asked for approval throughout every stage, told me what had been done and what was left to do and when it wad going to be done by. Made any changes asked for and always asked me what my thoughts were on any ideas. I told them to just cancel the order and refund so that I could buy elsewhere. Suddenly the order was marked as shipped so that I could not cancel it. After much conversation via text and email they basically said "Just file a dispute". Ok...will do.
