    Shipping time and communication doesn't seem to be a strong point. I sent two messages to the seller asking why the USPS tracking said the label was created and waiting for item. The reply was "It is packed, labelled on the 11th. I just need to drop it a USPS." The label was created on the 11th and the post office didn't get the item until the evening of the 15th. There was no sorry I'm doing the best I can or anything. Very disappointed.
