The first product sent out to me was slightly faulty (not obvious) but I was provided with a Returns Label to send it back free of charge and a replacement was sent out which is perfect. Pleased with the product and the service received. Not the cheapest pet water bottle available but definitely the best one for our needs that I have found - good value and durability.
