Movie Mavericks - VEHICLE 19, much like the overlooked RUNNING SCARED, is a manic, overly stylized low-budget action flick with the look and feel of something that slipped out from under the Luc Besson production banner. I love it all the more for it.

A recently paroled man (Paul Walker) wants nothing more with crime and only wants to enjoy his new found freedom. However, after a mix up at a rental car agency, he finds himself mixed up with police corruption and violence. The rental company lease him the wrong car that contains key evidence in a corruption case and soon finds himself tied up in a plot that means he must battle against an entire city's police force in a town he doesn't know in order to get the evidence to the prosecution in time.
