I want to thank you for sending one of the most beautiful pieces of copper that I have ever seen. Everybody who has seen it cannot believe just how beautiful it is and how well it is put together, unbelievable soldering work and functional too. The packaging was great and I believe a truck could have run over the package and not hurt it. After talking with the seller he replaced it with a new thumper. Told me to keep the damaged one, he has no use for it. After talking with him and reading all of his reviews. I reexamined the box it came in. It looks to me the shipping carrier let it fall over on it side. I am thrilled to own a nice still from his company. If anyone in the market to buy a still.
