    Does exactly what it says on the tin. would have liked instructions as to which terminals to use included with it.

    Versatile rotary switch

    I use these switches frequently for my hobby projects. The contacts are enclosed by an outer case which keeps out dirt and dust. The cover can be removed by carefully 'springing' the plastic retaining lugs should it ever prove necessary to clean the contacts. The degree of rotation can be set by means of a position washer which lies atop the body so, for example, a 6-way switch can be set to rotate through, say, only 4 contacts if 4-ways is all that might be required for a specific purpose.
