He's clearly showing his age so needed a bath but that's to be expected for a well loved plushie. Price was very reasonable for a preloved Jellycat of his size. Dispatch and delivery was unclear as predicted dates pre and post-dispatch were both off the mark, but it still came within a reasonable timescale so I can't complain. He was well packaged, so no complaints there either. (In the photos, he's the larger Jellycat in the middle)
