The bag was too small and it ruptured and was taped up. There was a tracking issue because they likely had to be scanned by hand. The uppers were " caved in" because other items were always stacked on top. I am not at all happy with the packaging. Learn better please!! BUY boxes and USE them. They are 80% as described, still pretty and vibrant, and a good value, I think. OK.
