    I said in my Feedback that I had bought the wrong item not that you had supplied the incorrect one and in the Contact Seller reply I stated that it was down to me not reading the description correctly. I therefore rated the transaction as Neutral not Negative from my point of view. However, I suspect from your angle you supplied and delivered the item that was ordered. I will revise my rating to Positive because of this. I still do not consider my feedback to false though!

    The product description clearly states the number of strips included. We sell boxes of 10, 25, and 50 strips, each with different pricing. It appears the buyer did not check this information before purchasing. We value transparency and are always available to clarify any questions before purchase.
