      Good NRT that works!

      This has been the best NRT for me. I have given up smoking now for over 5 months! I tried other NRT but I didn't keep it up. The only thing now is I'm a bit hooked on this. But miles better for you than smoking. It takes a little time to get used too, just don't spray the back of your throat, I spray near the front of my tongue. They are too expensive in the shops but half the price on eBay.

      A great substitute for cigarettes.

      I have smoked for over 20 years and had many failed attempts with patches and gum. It was difficult with the spray to begin with...the liquid has an extremely strong menthol taste but after a few day's you get used to it.Whenever if feel agitated I reach for my spray and it calms me down.Really good product.

      One stop spray to quit.

      Very good for helping with not smoking. Although at times made me sneeze, but is good too have in the later stages of your quit. My only complaint is the amount in each spray, for the r.r.s.p. , it works out pricey, but then appreciate it's a thing you're not meant to be comfortable at using permanently. It is far better this than to be smoking. Good luck you quitters x 4.5*****

      MAGIC !!!!

      Smoked for 45 years,20-25 cigarettes a day.Needed to give up because of going into hospital for an op.First day I smoked and used the spray,2nd day onwards just the spray.I haven't smoked for 4 weeks now !! I find it works best for me either spraying under the tongue or on the roof of your mouth,then don't swallow for a while.Also it doesn't absorb properly if you eat/drink 15 minutes before or after use -water is ok.Nice to get a ''fix'' without inhaling all the smoke and tar.Also it's discreet,so it is ideal for those places where you can't smoke and I have nice minty breath.CONVERTED !!

      Great value

      It's the best way of packing up smoking, vapeing is a no no as it's virtually the same as smoking as far as I am concerned. I smoked for 50 years and I found it the best way of getting rid of the weed. I recently visited the Canary Islands and I had to pay €30 for a fresh mint Quick mist, and on ebay you can get 4 for that price.
