I contacted Super Giant Trolley and they immediately offered to send a replacement order out (which arrived fully intact). I would have been happy with a refund or replacement for the broken item, so for them to in effect replenish the whole order is above and beyond customer service wise.

It means for 60 days which he should be sending two packages.
