One is completely dead(case charging but both earbuds don't). The right earbud on the second one is also completely dead(won't light up at all), but the left earbud lights up. It won't go into pairing mode without the right earbud. Value was good, just a shame it did not pay off for me. Communication from seller is amazingly amazing and will definitely buy from them again.

I had found an easy fix on YouTube that works for many of the faulty Jabra 85t earbuds but, unfortunately, the right earbud on the set I received is totally lifeless when tested with a multimeter and will never charge, even using the YouTube 'toilet paper' fix. No complaints. They were sold as faulty and they are. The left earbud and the charging case are fine but you need a working right earbud to pair the left one with devices.

I can wholeheartedly recommend the sellers as they are genuine people who are doing brilliantly. The item came well packaged, the item being double boxed,it just had an unfortunate defect that wouldn't have been difficult to miss by a cursory inspection. But other than that, the pricing and value would have been spot on and the item was as described. The postage costs were also fair.
