    My 2012 15” MacBook Pro was no longer keeping up with my photo / video editing needs. So I finally gave in and bought this top spec 2017 version. Instant impressions were that it’s so much thinner (than my non retina version with a cd drive), so much lighter and a lot sleeker looking in the space grey instead of silver. The new touch bar is a joy to use and I love how it predicts what features might be useful to you based on the programme you are using. iMovie and photoshop run incredibly smoothly, this 2.9ghz quadcore i7 with 16gb ram and separate dedicated graphics really is worth the extra expense if you want snappy processing for everything.     I simply does not get better than this.. Excellent on every level..

    I have been looking to replace my old MacBook Pro for a while but honestly don't much care for the very latest models nor their price... I have to say this one is 100% AS NEW. I cannot fault it in any way. Up and running within 20 minutes using TimeMachine. So delighted with the quality of product AND excellent service at a really sensible price. You will not find better.
