However, the parcel would not scan in properly, so was given back to Evri. Instead of contacting the seller to ask for his instructions, they madly continued to re-deliver it at least another 4 times, even though the parcel would still not scan in! The seller has, therefore, kindly given me a full refund, hence this positive feedback.
