The vendor responded to me aggressively that I should have know before to order that I must be an official importer of medical device in my country. Finally I’ve received an expired ISO certificate and even after I’ve noticed the vendor and requested a valid one, my order was destroyed by customs due to lack of documentation…not professional at all!
