    Daer Zafran hanif, You refused the kerkside delivery because you said you were diabled and lived on the 3rd floor of a building so we orgainised a 2 man delivery service free of charge to do the delivery. We rang you to book in delivery and the drivers rang you 1 hour in advance and brought the chair in to you. We send you an email about the antiquing process we do and explained about the black glaze used in the finishing process.Thank you
