Unfortunately when it came down to communication and shipping… it was a bit of a hassle, would consider doing business in the future if this seller improves communication methods. As far as shipping goes i understand the seller has no control over that but package was 2 days late for some odd reason and had a bit of damage, thankfully the seller packaged everything correctly.

I haven't sat down to watch the entire sequel on this DVD but I popped it in to check that the disc does in fact work. It does. The DVD however is completely blank - no titles or branding on the DVD itself (the outside case fine) so it might be a copy of an original. But that too doesn't bother me, I only want and need a DVD that works and presents this beloved classic I enjoyed so much as a kid.

    Could not get closed captioning subtitles with this disc. CC with this disc was prohibited. We needed CC for the whole family to enjoy together.

    Beautifully Filmed and Engaging As Ever

    The Kevin Sullivan "world" is so heartwarming. He produced all three of the Anne films,Road To Avonlea and Wind At My Back most notably. "Anne 2" is such a good sequel as Anne has to mature at a new school as a new teacher with characters that learn about themselves as young people and mature throughout this film. Anne learns what's most important to her and ends up passing on that sense of self worth to her students. It's beautifully filmed and captures the early 1900s time period,costumes and location filming in the Canadian Maritimes wonderfully. I've watched these films and in particular Anne Of Green Gables--The Sequel and The Kevin Sullivan Avonlea films are great and this one is an instant classic.
