Extremely disappointed and bad service! Please see the photographs.

So I contacted the seller immediately who asked me to send a picture. I explained that I am elderly and that I do not possess a smart phone so I would be unable to send a photograph but I described the package that it came in which was 12" square and therefore only large enough for the one bottle and definitetly too small for 3 bottles. So still waiting for the missing 2 bottles.
