    I have just received my new large vivarium and cabinet! I could not be more pleased!! The quality is perfect! It looks amazing with its matching cabinet! The seller was great! From start to delivery she kept in contact with updates and was always very helpful and polite, delivery was easy and the whole pallet delivery was packaged so well, if anyone like me needs a larger vivarium I would recommend using this seller! It really looks good in my living room and tortoises give a big thumbs up!

    Although wrong picture on website. Was informed via email to check product being bought. So in end the correct picture splashback was sent. Was confusing, but happy to receive correct product in the end.

    Item took an extra month to arrive, not a major issue but the communication about this was horrendous. Took weeks to get messages about what was going on to the point where I was going to cancel. Item postage is a joke, £89 for someone to drive the item to your house and not help you get it in. Item arrived with scratches down the cuboards (clearly happened before delivery) but seller refuses to take responsibility for this. Item cost me over £726 and it is not worth that cost.

    Just wanted to respond. We offered to deliver over Xmas break,& were refused. 6ft Viv & Cabinet. Delivery states 'by pallet' on listing and all messages sent. Client also aware that we do not go inside (client confirmed this). However, we did. Access was very difficult. Stairs and offset doors. The Viv scraped along a door frame as we tried to get it in. 100% the mark happened as we struggled to get it in for the client.
