    Hi The blouse I bought didn't arrive. The seller gave me a tracking number which however many times I checked with the postoffice it was not recognised. I had paid for parcel delivery. I placed my order on the 12th December. Finally I received a note from the post office to collect from the depot. The issue was that the seller had posted it as a large envelope and not a tracked parcel. I had to pay an additional £3.50 to collect the blouse. I'd like ALL the money paid for postage refunded please
