The seller chose to completely ignore my contact efforts which were polite honest and were accompanied by photos, taken within minutes of delivery. I was forced to sit and wait for several days/weeks before I could ask ebay to step in and conclude this extremely frustrating transaction. They did so promptly, correctly refunding me in full. I will complain about this sellers literal ignorance.
