    The item was exactly as described, practically new, very satisfied with the quality, however there were problems with the estimated shipping time, it was estimated to be received in 12 days and it took 18, in fact, for several days I had no update on the tracking of the package and for reasons unknown to me the shipment was made via more distant routes. The seller responded to my communications.

    The item was shipped out the same day payment was made. I'm sorry it took so long to reach you, however once it's in the possession of the post office it is out of my control, and they are the ones who post tracking and estimated delivery times. There are usually no problems, but sometimes there are delays, especially around the busy holiday season.
