    I received the item quickly. I immediately charged the item and started using it. After several minutes of use, the joy sticks lost connection with the device. This continued to happen. I contacted the seller and they were unwilling to stand behind the product, staring it worked when it was shipped. Well, it does work….for a short period of time and then you need to do a reconnection. This is not acceptable. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER! Email stream attached.

    Though it wasn’t an expensive card shocked it came in a penny sleeve mailed in a regular envelope. Thought they could have spared the .20 cents for a top loader. Card came bent which could have been avoided if they shipped it properly. They could have used cardboard or even a used worn top loader would have been fine.

    Nice watch but weak battery life!

    The watch is light and allows you to workout without noticing it on your wrist; however, the battery life is extremely weak. I can charge the watch overnight (8 hours) and have only 5 hours of battery life the next day. I've turned off a lot of the notifications and brightness on the watch to conserve energy and battery life but that is not helping to resolve the battery life issue. Fitbit is aware of this problem with the Versa watch. Please be aware of this issue if you decide to purchase the Fitbit Versa Health & Fitness Watch.
