We exchanged lots of emails in the end he told me to contact Ebay On feedback others have had the same, one said you buy from them on ebay at £XX they gift buy and send it to you from their Amazon shop at £X Amazon Picks Packs and delivers, they pocket the extra £X Not someone i will use again.

Parcel arrived in Amazon packing even though purchased through E Bay. When I contacted them for a refund as the product I received was not as described. They sent me a QR return label which was for Amazon. I was told that Evri would pick up the package, this did not happen and they failed to respond to further messages. I had to get E Bay involed and I was refunded by E Bay
